<p>I have an arbitration clause in a distribution agreement, which provides in part that the "parties agree to arbitration in the State in which the discrepancy arose . . . ."</p>
<p>Has anyone seen such language before and if so any experience as to how the phrase was applied to a dispute for purposes of determining venue for the arbitration?</p>
