Cheah Teh & Su has 10 partners and 19 lawyers who practice in our Corporate & Convenyancing and Litigation Departments. The Corporate & Conveyancing Department handles new business start-ups, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, general corporate advice and property conveyance.

The Litigation department handles complex and often highly sensitive cases which cover employment disputes, shareholders’ disputes, insolvencies, insurance disputes, debt recovery, land-based litigation, property and construction contracts, partnership disputes, defamation, and intellectual property litigation. Our lawyers not only prepare the necessary groundwork but also appear as counsel in the subordinate and superior courts. Our senior partners are highly experienced and regularly appear in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
